Climate Action Network Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia (CAN EECCA) is seeking experienced consultant(s) to deliver a series of capacity-building training sessions for our Secretariat team in the following key areas:
- Community Management
- Strategic Planning
- Project Management & Fundraising
- Personal Brand Development
Consultant Profile. We’re looking for professionals with:
- 5+ years of consulting experience
- Proven track record of working with regional NGOs, especially in climate action or sustainable development
- Strong facilitation and training skills
- Should be able to receive funds from Kyrgyzstan or should have an IE status in Kyrgyzstan (activities in the field of education)

- Service Period: June 2 – July 31, 2025
- Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan or online
- Language of delivery: English
- Format of trainings: Interactive sessions with group and individual exercises, presentations, case studies, and personalized feedback
- Maximum Budget: 94,000 KGS (950 EUR). A consultant can apply to 1 – 4 of mentioned courses, but the overall budget of the proposal should not exceed 950 EUR.
