Climate Dialogues is a project which aims to increase capacities of climate activists/experts in EECCA region as trainers through providing learning sessions on climate change, energy efficiency with decolonizing and gender justice perspectives as well as soft skills practices.
Upon the arrival after the first event in Georgia, Tbilisi participants are expected to conduct trainings/learning sessions on selected topics in their communities.
Who is Climate Dialogues for?
Climate Dialogues is for anyone trying to make a positive change on climate policy/action in their community, society or country. This includes but isn’t limited to: civil activists, campaigners, content creators etc.
Please be informed that one of the main selection criteria for participating in our project is a good knowledge of English and your country/ethnic languages.
We welcome applicants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
The language of the event is English.
Travel and accommodation costs will be covered by organizers.
This project is supported by Friends of the Earth Germany (BUND) and Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
*The trainings are going to be held during the first part of the event, on May 24-28. The second part of Climate Dialogues with the aim of strategic networking between CSOs will have a separate registration form.
