A climate and health policy expert, climate justice activist and researcher with 6+ years of advocacy experience in Ukrainian and Eastern European climate justice movements.

She co-founded Rozviy Youth Climate Initiative, a feminist climate organisation advocating for a just, green and inclusive reconstruction of Ukraine. Her focus is on promoting climate education and youth engagement in climate policy and diplomacy. In 2024, Viktoriya consulted the Global Climate and Health Alliance on food and climate negotiations at COP29.

Outside of work, she enjoys nature, travelling and learning various languages.

Viktoriya joined CAN EECCA as Project Manager for Eastern Europe and Caucasus in September 2026.
