Omar Dairov is the Executive Director of Green Alliance Kyrgyzstan, a national coalition of civil society organizations promoting climate action, green economy, and sustainable development.

He has extensive experience in environmental policy dialogue, climate finance, biodiversity, and youth engagement in Central Asia. Omar actively works to strengthen civil society coordination and regional cooperation within the CAN EECCA network.
