Aizirek’s work in media and education is driven by a focus on empowering communities. Aizirek led the development of Okutool, a Kyrgyz-language mobile platform that helps thousands of people gain new skills, and also strengthened her expertise in community engagement during election observation missions across Kyrgyzstan.

With more than 10 years of experience in the media and NGO sector, she brings expertise in strategic communications and content creation. Outside of work, Aizirek is a long-distance runner and leads her own book club.

She joined the CAN EECCA team in August 2025.
