Has worked in the environmental movement for 37 years. Member of the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Moldova. Specialises in environmental education, climate, resource conservation, agro-ecoculture and human rights. Co-author of the textbook and university programme “The role of NGOs in the establishment and development of the legal movement”.

President of the National Civic Association “Gutta Club”, one of the first NGOs in Moldova. “Gutta Club” won the gold medal in the national competition “Moldova Eco-Energetica” in 2012 and the silver medal in 2013 and 2014 in the categories “Best Youth Initiative in Promoting Energy Efficiency” and “Best Educational Initiative”.
